APCO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
NOMINATION AND VOTING CRITERIA 2015

The following are the upcoming vacant positions for the APCO Canada Board of Directors. If required, voting will take place be at the APCO Canada Annual General Meeting, Thursday November 5, 2015
On-line nominations will close at 23:59 EST Friday October 30, 2015, emailed to Rob Stewart (Returns Officer) at Robert.stewart@apco.ca or, Nomination forms may be personally given to the Returns Officer, or any current board member up to 22:00 EST, Wednesday November 4, 2015. The following positions are open for 2015/2016:
  • Vice President: must have served at least 1 year on the Board of Directors; (this is a three year commitment-Vice-President, President and Past President).
  • Director: This is a two-year commitment.
  • Director: This is a two-year commitment.
1. You MUST be a APCO Canada member in good standing
2. A fully completed nomination form including the signatures of two other members and a witness;
